We stayed 10 nights here, though it was a such great experience. It was located in a lovely area to continue onto Brussels airport. We really enjoyed very-very nice staff. Early check-in was appreciated.

Our business trip to this place was fantastic, the apartment we stayed in was clean, brand new, and we really enjoyed our time there.

The property is nearby town hall. It was in a VERY GOOD location.

The room was not very clean.

The apartment had tons of room for the 4 of us, with a spacious and comfortable common area. The staff spoke good English and were very helpful with our needs.

Felt like relaxing at home, no complaints.

Location is good

This is a large warehouse building very very cheaply converted for renting as apartments. It is full of safety hazards. The windows on upper floors open unprotected at child height to a sheer drop down. The mezzanie is a ridiculously low height and my mother hit her head on the concrete ceiling bars. The cooking pot handle fell in my hand when full of hot food. The ceilings are full of electrical wires. The walls are a thin cheap material that is probably very flammable. I would never stay in this place again.

I liked its central position.

It was very very dirty. The room wasn't cleaned well when we arrived and it was full of hair and dust. The toilet was a nightmare, with the wc always with yellow water due to some malfunction of which we have complained.

The hotel is conveniently located right in the city center, making it easy to explore the area and access transportation options. the train station, which is necessary to continue onto Brussels airport, is also close by. the apartment offers a spacious and comfortable living space.

There have been some issues reported regarding communication and customer service, which could be improved.

Facilities are good.

Although it's in the center of the city, it is extremely difficult to find the location. The building is almost hidden. And the service is not good. Office is at another place a little bit far away. Thus inconvenient, especially in terms of no luggage storage.

Reasonable Rates - Had we got what we booked Clean Apartments in town & close to rail/bus stations

I was very disappointed. I booked and paid for an apartment that should have slept four people but on arrival discovered there was one double bed. I paid 100Euro. My Friend James o Donnell booked at the same time & paid the same amount for the another apartment that slept four people also but he had no issues. He also paid 100Euro therefore we had eight people in our party and only 6 beds. When I called the Office they told me that this was the fault of Booked.net as there computers crashed & that they were fully booked & had nothing else. Can you please advise what really Happened.

The breakfast package provided was plentiful and had something to suit everyone's taste. I especially loved the fruit and dairy products. The location of the apartment was fantastic - very central and easy to access. The apartment itself was clean, spacious, and quiet. I highly recommend this place for a great stay in Leuven.

i like the apartment a lot. it's pity that we only spent one night there. i wish we had more time in leuven.

Our condo was unexpectedly spacious; we had expected a smaller apartment with maybe one bedroom with two beds and a pull-out couch, but were surprised by a big apartment with three separate bedrooms with two places to sleep each. There was free (albeit slow) wifi, a kitchen (with plates, pots and pans etc. included), a table and a tv plus couches. It is located near the station and the centre of the town. Perfect!

The free wifi was a little on the slow side, but there is a possibility to pay for a faster connection.

The rooms were incredibly spacious, perfect for larger families or groups. the option of a late check-out was also a nice perk. the location was excellent, being close to the main downtown area and parking.

There were a few downsides to our stay. the cleanliness of the apartment was quite subpar.

The location is great, in walk distance to historical city. The apartment is also spacious, comfortable and somewhat elegant. I prefer staying in such a place instead of in a hotel room because it gives you a certain independence, and you can spare money cooking your own food. For a family it definitely means a possibility to spare a significant amount, if you can avoid going to often to restaurants.

The bed seems to soft -- and thus uncomfortable. I would prefer a more firm mattress. Also there is an imbalance between check-in hours (which is too late, at 4 pm), and check-out hours (which could be later, at 10 am). For travelers without a car the check-in and -out hours can be inconvenient. The walls are not soundproof, and if you get a noise neighbor, as I did, it can be very loud, specially during sleep time.
